I'm an idiot. I took the morning off from work for an ultrasound & a doctors appt (unrelated)... & forgot I was to have a fat-free dinner last night. So what did I have?
Well, I splurged. I had steak, with blue cheese & bacon topping & creamed spinach. Kind of blew the whole "fat-free" thing, didn't I?
Damn it! It's hard to take the time off, and I sacrifice a 1/2 days pay each time.
As I said, I'm an idiot...
