Windows Movie Maker Question

I want to save big mpeg files into smaller, more easily sharable types. I've been using the High Quality - Small Frame - but I wonder if there is one that will save it smaller? It condenses a 350-400 mb file down to about 135-150... but I'd like it smaller, somewhere in the 30-50 mb range.

Any advice?
