DVD Shrink question

Anyone use DVD Shrink out there? It says it makes the DVD's region free... does it really?

i used trial versions of remote selector and dvdidle and they both work.

Yeah, I was just using it and whem you hit the backup button, there's a tab on top that lets you either make the DVD region free or choose the region you want.
