I'm being watched for alcohol consumption, and archly judged otherwise. She's a teetotaler, and thinks a sip will corrupt you. And I've had more than a sip...

'Rent's visiting. Or, to be specific, my mother and her 2nd husband. He's a nice guy, treats her great, has brought her way, way out of her shell... but it's still parents.

And mine is very, very,> against anything having to do with alcohol.

And so we are at odds. Because a relaxing night for me? Includes a glass of wine... or two...
