I was really worried and actually mad about this turn of events when I heard the spoilers, but I'm actually somewhat surprised that it doesn't seem that out of character to me. I was totally expecting it and totally worried that Cowlip had been reading too much fanfic, but actually it's believable, at least to me. We will see how he is during the last couple of episodes *sob*
