RPG characters wanted....

Hey, I belong to a RPG called [livejournal.com profile] fags_in_pitts. It's set after S2, before S3. I play Teddy, and we desperately need a few more characters - especially Emmett, because without him, my role is very sketchy indeed.

Um, hi. I thought about applying earlier, but figured you people probably wouldn't want me as I've never really been part of a RPG before, and I don't have a proper idea of what goes on and all. But I'm curious, so if you don't mind too much, could you tell me how exactly the whole thing works? Hope you don't mind I'm asking you :)
