I have been doing the 50bookchallenge, started off really well, but have kind of stagnated. Trying to read Barack's book, but... not seeming to find the time. The first chapter was great, I just need to get motivated to read more. I also have "Water for Elephants" to read, put in in my purse, so hopefully it will be easy to try to jump-start myself back into the literary game.

But I also read a ton of magazines, and so I decided to keep track of how many (and how many pages) I read. Because it's all gotta count, right? I mean, each magazine probably has 20 or so pages that are strictly ads, so I don't do more than skim them. But I tend to be a "cover to cover" magazine reader.

And where am I now?

Well, I just passed 100 magazines read, and 11,184 pgs.

Damn, that's a lot of trees...
