Just woke up... it's almost 11 am... Christ!
Got to the casino last night at about 11 pm (spent time on the computer first - that's me!) There were like 8 people (who I didn't know) from the S.O.'s work there, mostly couples. Dinner was sushi, but it was mostly gone by the time I got there. So I only had like 5 pieces... bad idea, if you're drinking (which I was!). I needed to catch up when I was there, because everyone was already a bit tipsy. So I had like 3 shots. I had a B-52, and several Fallen Angels. If you've never had them, I recommend them. A Fallen Angel consists of a shot of Southern Comfort, and a shot of Rumplemintz. So I had like 3 or 4 of them. (looked up the recipe - it really consists of a lot more, but that's what the casino gave me).
I also gambled a bit on slots, and then wandered around a bit. Didn't get home until about 3 am, which means... 21 hours awake. I'm definitely too old for that!
And now I'm so hung over, it isn't funny. Spinning? Got that. Pounding head? Ditto. Shaky hands? That's me! I have 4 hours before I have to be at Xmas Eve celebrations, and have 4 gifts to make, so I should get started. But I'm having to retype every other word, and I'm not functioning so good, so woe is me!
Maybe half a Vicodin & a ton of water will help.
