Can be stress. Are they on parts of your body where skin meets skin, like the inside of your elbow or behind the knee? That can be like a heat rash.
I had hives over 50% of my body. It was an allergic reaction to Aleeve, which I had taken before. Took a trip to the allergist and various meds to get rid of them. Now I can no longer take Advil, Aleeve or anything like it. Just Tylenol, which sucks and doesn't work as well.
