Help! Help!

I have the most killer file I'd like to share! I managed to rip it into an .avi, and it plays on my Windows Media Player. But there's only one problem... it's big - like, 2 files (657 & 169 MB). I'd like to save it to something smaller, so it's more easily accessible.

It's full screen 720x480, with 192kps sound, so it's nice quality.

I'd be willing to make it a smaller screen size, if it would decrease the size of the files.

Anyone know a program that can do that?

P.S. If anyone is willing to check it out, I'm posting it yousendit to myself - and going to run errands, because this is going to take a while!
