Question about the latest S4 Promo on QaF

I'm hoping to get it on tape, as I missed it (and the clips are pretty dark on my computer). Was it on before or after The L Word?

I'd just tape the whole thing, but I've got The L Word on DVD and don't really want a VHS copy too.
