I don't know who to thank here! I just looked at my info page, and it seems someone gave me a year of LJ! Mine was supposed to expire in mid 2004, and now it says 2005.

So thanks!

And does anyone know how to find out who gave it?

I don't think there is a way to find out who it was, unless you get someone to 'fess up. But if someone gave you that gift, that means that they're really a great friend. And there aren't many of those around. So even if you don't know their name, cherish the knowledge that you are loved. :D
