The SO just called me on the way home from work, to tell me that...

...he cut his nose on a pretzel.

That's right. A pretzel.

How did he manage that? Well, he was in a training, and this woman brought in these twisted hard pretzels. He is a goofball, and remembered how he used to bite the bottom section off, and act like the top section was a pair of glasses. So he bit it off, and put it on his nose like some kind of 17th century spectacles. He got a good laugh.

And when he removed them? He cut his nose. And although it was a little cut, it wouldn't stop bleeding. He had to leave the meeting, go to the bathroom to mop it up, and finally try to find a security officer with a first aid kit for a bandage.

Only *he* could end up doing that...

Weird things I've cut myself on:

* Freshly baked bread crust
* A crispy piece of melted sugar from a cinnamon bun
* A dead rat

Of course none of these were on my face, so he still wins. XD

Wow, that's just... wow. Pretzels can be sharp! Let that be a lesson to the kids out there: don't play with your food! You could get hurt. But it's a funny story to tell. :)
