LJ Layout needed!

sgornyI've been playing around a little with the Style section on LJ, and haven't found anything to my liking. Some come close, and others are so far away it makes my head hurt.
If someone would be willing to do an LJ layout for me, I'd really appreciate it. I have some pics that I'd like used in either a header or a background, and some definite ideas for what I'd like format-wise.
I'd be willing to pay, too, for your time.
