I'm beyond freaking out!

sgornyI went to use my Documents viewer to read fic, which crashed my Treo. I can't soft or warm reset it, so my only option is a hard reset - which will lose all data, which wouldn't be such a big thing if I had Synced it recently, or if I didn't have so many 3rd party applications.
Plus, I run my entire life there. In fact, I don't have a written schedule, just the one in the Treo. And on the desktop, of course. But if I mess up with the syncing stuff back - everything is lost.
I need to try to print everything out, just in case, so I can recreate the Datebook & Phonebook, at least. How the hell do I do that?
Christ, I think I'm going to throw up. It's been at least... 2 weeks since I synced? Maybe one, but maybe more?
*holds stomach*
ETA: Well, I found a way to print out my schedule for the last year, the next year, and my phone book. That way, at least I'll have a hard copy of when I last Synced my Palm.
