I thought I read somewhere that Madonna is coming out with a new album in 2012.  If that's the case, won't Monte be with her for it?  Wouldn't that make him unavailable for a tour to promote Adam's new album?

And if Monte is unavailable... do you think Tommy might get his chance to be lead guitarist?

why do you believe Monte would chose her over him if a conflict were to arise?

I don't know who he would choose, but he's been with Madonna longer, and she's more the "established" star (by certain definitions)... but Adam is more of a rising (not waning) star, so...

I was just pondering the possibility, as it has been said that if Monte wasn't the lead guitarist and Adam's friend, that Tommy would have been in contention for the spot.

And I seem to remember somewhere that they said that maybe they would eventually get another bass player, and Tommy would share lead with Monte (or was that some fanfic? lol!)

This would be more like what I would like to see happen even if it was just fanfic that you're remembering, it makes some sense since I also read somewhere that Tommy really plays bass not traditionally but more as if it were lead :D

It is my firm belief that Monte ADORES Adam and would, therefore, chose him over anyone else. And he must like working with Tommy and Issac since both played on his new CD, right?

Only time will tell.

At least I hope so.
